A New View Of Lancing

Saturday 23rd February saw the start of one of the most beautiful weekends so far in 2019. The sun was beaming it’s warmth on to the south coast, glistening across the ocean and bouncing off of the hilly South Downs. It made the perfect day for our Champagne Event at Sunbeam Apartments.

A positive step forward for regeneration in Lancing, Sunbeam is a new development of just 32 luxury apartments in the heart of the village, with glorious views over the sea and South Downs from most of the flats.

Having recently completed and with over 50% of the building reserved off-plan, the block has been buzzing with energy as the new residents moved in. We’ve been celebrating with each of the new occupants, as you may have seen; and because of these changes we decided to move our show apartment from a ground floor flat with private patio to a top floor apartment with views across the water and The South Downs, accessible by stairs or lifts.

As we’ve really got to know the new community at Sunbeam and how much love they share for their new homes, we wanted to do something special to show off to prospective buyers what the remaining apartments in the development have to offer.

So, on Saturday afternoon, we held an event to launch our new show home which included a guided tour of the building, a viewing of the show apartment and a few glasses of fizz on the roof terrace as we watched the sun set over the deep blue sea. The event was a huge success, attended by the residents of Sunbeam and new prospective purchasers, with much laughter and a fresh appreciation of this magnificent selection of new homes. It even included the attendance of Local Councillor, Robin Monk.
