1. Local Schools
More and more families are moving to the catchment areas of the best schools, to help provide their children with the best education. Properties near a university are likely to be better for student tenants; whereas a property in a slightly more rural or village location near a good school would be better suited to families.
Luckily, Worthing is littered with great schools from nurseries to secondaries and even for the big kids, with some excellent colleges.

2. Sun, Sea, we have plenty.
We all remember our childhood, going to the local arcades, spending hours and hours at the beach while your dad struggled to fend off seagulls stealing his chips.
Worthing Beach and Pier won the Pier of the Year in 2019. Combining amusements, a theatre and plenty of space to see sunsets and or sunrises (if you get up early enough, which most parents do!).

3. Itch their curiosity
When knowledge is power, it’s best to find the source of it. That’s why taking your tots to Worthing Museum is a great way to have a family fun day out and learn the history of where you now call home.
There is also a collection of theatres and cinemas, one being the Dome Cinema which hosts a parent and baby screening. Keep them entertained!

Keeping up with the youthful imagination is always a world of wonder, best to get your kid invested.
That’s where Artful comes into it. Artful is an art café that hosts children’s parties, baby foot printing and a toddler section.
