Worthing
Properties in Worthing had an overall average price of £374,203 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Worthing during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £279,745. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £395,895, with terraced properties fetching £323,566.
Overall, sold prices in Worthing over the last year were 20% up on the previous year and 21% up on the 2018 peak of £309,107.
Shoreham-by-Sea
Properties in Shoreham-By-Sea had an overall average price of £443,650 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Shoreham-By-Sea during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £442,869. Terraced properties sold for an average of £388,359, with flats fetching £264,242.
