New Office Now Open in Hove For Industry Leading Estate Agents Jacobs Steel

Worthing, Lancing & Shoreham’s market leading estate agency, Jacobs Steel, has embarked on their latest venture in Hove, opening their newest office in Portland Road.

The independent firm have been established for 36 years, with offices in Worthing Town Centre, West Worthing, Findon, Lancing, Shoreham; and a Lettings headquarters in Broadwater.

Managing Directors Matt Jacobs & Pat Barton have seen the company through a major rebrand in 2019 and decided it was time to expand their reach along the South Coast.

Matt says, “It made perfect sense for us to have a base in Hove as we attract properties in that area to our Shoreham Branch anyway. For homemovers who are making moves along the coast, we are now able to offer a complete in-house service for buying, selling, renting and mortgages between Brighton and Littlehampton; which means better communication throughout the entire process.”

The Jacobs Steel expansion also means that there are more jobs available in the local area.
