Say hello to our flagship office
Jacobs Steel has opened a new flagship office in Worthing town centre.
The new office at 12 Chapel Road brings together the company’s residential sales, lettings, property management, commercial, land and new homes plus marketing departments.
One of the firm’s Managing Director’s, Pat Barton, said:
“This new flagship office allows us to bring our various property teams under one roof allowing us to provide a great place to work for our staff and an exciting, modern place to meet and work with our clients.
“Bringing more of our departments together will encourage our growing teams to work even more collaboratively, so we can continue to offer the best possible service to our clients.”
Since 1984, Jacobs Steel has grown to become the biggest independent estate agent covering Littlehampton to Brighton.
Managing Director Matt Jacobs, whose father Ashley Jacobs was one of the company’s founding directors, said:
“Jacobs Steel underwent a major rebrand in 2018 to reflect our fresh approach to selling property, and this new office is the next step in allowing us to expand our services in the Worthing area – which is becoming a real property hotspot with many people relocating along the coast from Brighton.”
The new office features artwork by local Worthing artists, sourced by Inspired Worthing, based on The Promenade.
Worthing-based designer Jo Pratt helped with the interior design of the new office. She said:
“When people are looking to make a purchase as big and as important as a new home, I believe the environment where they do this, should be reflective of that purchase and I want to create a space that evokes feelings of home. A space that is welcoming and exudes warmth and softness.
“We have removed existing commercial elements and harsh lighting and instead integrated soft furnishings, foliage, and warmer lighting, with a contemporary colour palette which complements the Jacobs Steel colours.”
Thanks to all of the fantastic local trades who helped with building works and renovating our new office, and a big thanks to Jupps Removals for helping to move our furniture in.
