The First Completion at Sunbeam
Last week we were delighted to complete on the first apartment in the superb Sunbeam development. It was a pleasure to introduce Mr & Mrs Fellows to their beautiful new home.
Mr & Mrs Fellows were among the first to reserve a Sunbeam apartment, back in May 2018. Following many years spent holidaying and caravanning on the coast in Lancing, it has always been a special place, and it’s now just amazing they can call it their permanent home!
Mr & Mrs fellows always dreamed of living by the sea. So, they decided to follow their youngest daughter to the coast and sold their home of 47 years in Stanford-Le-Hope, near Basildon, to start their search for the perfect home.
Prior to Sunbeam they viewed many properties, but none that gave them that feeling of excitement that they received from Sunbeam….even though they just had a brochure, plot number and a floor plan to go by, Sunbeam just has something special about it. And so, after many roof top meetings with Natalie whilst gazing out at the stunning view it didn’t take too much convincing to take a leap of faith and reserve an apartment.
Eight months later and they are in a beautifully finished apartment and they couldn’t be happier. They love the large windows as one of their concerns when moving from a house to an apartment was whether they would feel too enclosed, their apartment does just the opposite with stunning views across the coast which brings back all their happy holiday memories through the floor to ceiling windows of their apartment. They knew they had made the right decision when they enjoyed a cup of tea from their bed whilst soaking up the sunrise over Brighton.
