How do live appointments work?
WhatsApp is a reliable and secure way of communication with our customers. Data is encrypted, which means your number doesn’t get shared with anyone.
The internet-operated chat software is a downloadable app for phones and tablets, completely free to download and use, and it offers a group video-chat option. We book in an appointment as normal and then video-call you via our business WhatsApp so you get to have a real, in-the-moment conversation ‘face-to-face’ with one of our property experts.
