We’re widely recognised, from our sold boards to social feeds, and we’ve built a strong presence both offline and online. But we’re ready to level up.
We’re now creating a brand-new role for a social media content creator who lives for bold visuals, authentic storytelling, and thumb-stopping content. Someone who’s just as comfortable filming a high-end home as they are capturing the everyday energy of our team or community.
This role is made for you if:
• You’re confident with a camera (phone or otherwise) in hand and love turning real moments into standout content
• You’ve got a creative eye, a proactive mindset, and know how to spot a story anywhere
• You’re looking for a role where your content doesn’t just get likes, it makes our brand feel alive
What you’ll be doing:
• Creating 4–5 short-form video pieces per week (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)
• Capturing behind-the-scenes moments: our people, our culture, our day-to-day
• Editing content for social that’s clean, engaging, and on-brand
• Working with our directors, agents, and marketing team to uncover content gold
• Partnering with our external agency and media team when needed
• Building a high-quality content library for use across platforms
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience creating content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Strong photo/video skills (with editing experience in Canva Pro or similar)
• A confident, outgoing personality – you’ll be the bridge between our brand and the audience
• Super organised, full of ideas, and able to make things happen without hand-holding
