Assistant Manager (Estate Agent)
Worthing
Having enjoyed a hugely successful 18 months since relocating our flagship Worthing Town Centre office, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to bring their experience, leadership and passion to our team. Leading from the front, you will pride yourself on next-level customer service and revel in our efforts to consistently improve and innovate our growing business.
Whilst reporting to the Branch Manager, this role will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a small team and running many of the day to day tasks for the branch.
As Assistant Manager of our Worthing branch, you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with buyers and sellers
- Booking and attending valuations
- Taking ownership and progressing sales from agreed offer to completion
- Mentoring, coaching, and managing less experienced colleagues
- Partnering with the Manager, Director, and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to improve market share
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 5 years estate agency experience
- Previous experience valuing residential properties and bringing them to market
- A confident 'can do' attitude with a competitive nature
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A clean driving license

Responsibilities include:
- Regular telephone and face to face interaction with clients
- Registering, servicing and building relationships with new and existing buyers
- Liaising with and servicing current vendors
- Organising and accompanying applicants on property viewings
- Assisting with all elements of the property sales process
- Partnering with and contacting solicitors to progress sales
The successful candidate will possess the following:
