Why I became an Estate Agent:
I became an Estate Agent because I have always had an interest in property. I enjoy how each day as an estate agent is completely unique and challenges me.
What you love to do:
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and working on my fitness goals. I also enjoy going out with my friends and family.
One tip you would give a buyer or seller:
When looking to buy a rental property, look for properties in an area that is aimed at your ideal tenants. This implies that if your ideal tenants are a professional couple, buy a property in the town centre near public transportation, and if your ideal tenants are a family, hunt for a property in a family-friendly neighbourhood near local schools.
