Getting to know Luke Gladdish
Why I became an Estate Agent:
After leaving the Fire Brigade, I worked for my father’s building company which I knew very quickly wasn’t for me. Whilst working at a home, which was owned by a director of a local estate agency, they suggested that I might enjoy working for them and felt it would be a good fit for me. After taking them up on the offer and over a decade later I am still working within the industry and enjoy it as much as on my first day.
What I love to do:
I have a very competitive nature having swam nationally and still regularly swim alongside a regular gym routine. I also regularly snowboard and surf whenever there is enough to justify the drive to West Wittering. On those less energetic days, I love to spend my time with my large family and wide group of friends.
One tip you would give a buyer or seller:
Keep an open mind when searching for your next home, every property has its own unique character and often your dream home will take you by surprise.
