Why I became a lettings manager:
I had always been intrigued by working within the property industry from a very young age and decided to work in lettings because I enjoyed working within a fast-paced and busy environment, I saw it as a career that I could flourish in.
What I love to do:
I enjoy spending time with my family and going on dog walks. I’m not very exciting!
One tip you would give a landlord:
One tip that I would give to a landlord apart from finding an investment property with a good yield, is to buy a property that you would live in yourself, that way tenants should like it as much as you do!
