Getting to know Richard Wetherall

Why I became an estate agent:

Born into a family of regular house movers, my love for properties was only enhanced by my late father-in-law being an architect and owning his own property development company in the southeast. My wife was involved in site and showroom management and later, through a friend, we developed an estate agency which cemented my passion for property and helping people achieve their goals and dreams.

What you love to do:

In my spare time I simply enjoy soaking up coastal life with family & friends. Walks, beach cafes and exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. I love all kinds of music and interested in technology.

One tip you would give a buyer or seller:

To be aware of what is involved to achieve the quickest and smoothest result i.e. – ensure all documents such as electrical checks, boiler service, building regulations sign off etc are available in readiness. And appoint a solicitor during the search for a buyer, this can save weeks once your buyer is secured.
