Getting to know Amy Wootton

Why I became an Estate Agent:

I joined Jacobs Steel when I was 19 as an apprentice. I had always been interested in property and knew it was the career path. Nearly 10 years later I am now a senior sales consultant. My role now is very varied after returning to work after having my son. My weekly responsibilities can include viewings, sales progression, carrying out photos of properties, creating sales particulars and general day to day admin for the office. My attention to detail comes in very handy when taking photos and I love meeting new clients every day and building great relationships for many years to come.

What I love to do:

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and partner. I also enjoy taking my crazy dog for walks in the local area. In my spare time I also enjoy attending Pilates.

One tip you would give a buyer or seller:

My number one tip for when you are viewing a property, and you are struggling to see the size of the room with the occupants’ belongings. look up at the ceiling and evaluate the space you could have to work with if the room was empty.
