I became an Estate agent because property always had interested me, especially the history behind them.
What I love to do:
My hobbies are snowboarding/skiing, playing football and creating websites to help people provide a series of services.

For Buyers: Before making a purchase, thoroughly research the neighbourhood and its amenities, as well as the potential for property value appreciation. Also, consider your long-term plans and whether the property aligns with your future goals.
For Sellers: Invest in staging and presentation to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. Additionally, be open to negotiation but know your bottom line and stick to it to ensure a fair deal.
