Getting to know Holly Dodd

Why I became a property manager:

After working in the property industry for the past 18 years, and aside for working for 3 years in Lettings in London, my main experience has been in sales and to be honest I fancied a change! I really enjoy all aspects of working with property and I also enjoy problem solving (no matter how big or small)  Property management gives the best of both worlds, and no day is the same. Because of my varied experience in this industry, I feel I am well equipped for this role.

What you love to do:

In my other life I am a qualified florist with 14 years’ experience. I love being creative with flowers for weddings or teaching all things festive when hosting wreath making workshops at Christmas time! I am also a proud mum to my identical twin daughters and love spending time with them and my husband doing different activities such as trips to London, long muddy walks or just relaxing at our beach hut.

One tip you would give a Landlord or Tenant:

I would say that opting to have the property fully managed is a wise move. We are dedicated to making sure both parties (landlord and tenant) are fully supported, and I feel this service make the whole process much smoother.
