Getting to know Matt Balmer

Why I became an Estate Agent:

I have always loved helping people and going the extra mile.  I still have the same enthusiasm for the job as I did 25 years ago when I started my career and see it as a hobby that I thankfully I get paid for.

What I love to do:

I love watching and playing football and tennis as well as playing the odd round of golf. Basically, anything sport related works for me. I also love taking the dog out for downland walks and spending quality time with the family.

One tip you would give a buyer or seller:

My tip for sellers would be when selling your home, always make sure you put 100% into the presentation. Remember, painting, sealant, gardening, general declutter, doesn’t have a lot of cost to it but has a big impact on how a buyer will receive your property. You don’t get a second chance to make a good first impression so make it count.
