Why I became a letting agent:
I enjoy meeting a variety of people from all walks of life, and the fact that every day you can tell a different story from working in lettings.
What you love to do:
I love cooking, especially Italian food and visiting lovely local country pubs in the surrounding areas. Having spent last 15 years in London, I am really enjoying being by the Sea and the South Downs- you get the best of worlds!
One tip you would give a landlord:
A tip I would have for landlords is make sure your property has curb appeal as all about those first impressions.
