Getting to know Neil Simmons
Why I became an Estate Agent:
I became an estate agent because even at a young age I was interested in property and loved the idea of having a nosey round peoples house, I also liked the idea of sales and wanted a job that gave me a buzz and one that I would enjoy where I was not sitting at a desk all day every day. I still love my job and working with clients to help them buy their next dream house!
What I love to do:
I love sports, especially football, I took up coaching my sons football team 2 years ago (Worthing Dynamos) and I love it, I am a big family man and spend the rest of my time with them on some sort of adventure not too far from a local pub.
One tip you would give a buyer or seller:
The most stressful part of the buying and selling process is likely to be the conveyancing, and this can take the longest, my tip would be to be sale ready, talk to solicitors, get quotes, and then return all documents required quickly once you have agreed a sale to ensure all progresses quickly without delay and keep in contact with your solicitor to ensure everything keeps moving.
