Why I became an administrator:

After leaving school I knew I wanted to get into Admin, I like being organised and have a structure to my day. My role within Jacobs Steel is to prepare the property details, typing the description, editing photos and floorplans to show the properties in the best way, along with general admin letters and leaflets, I have the general day to day running of things in the office, I also assist my colleagues by taking enquiries, registering applicants booking viewings, sometimes attending them, and booking valuations. Having worked in the industry for 20 years I feel I can use my knowledge and experience to help clients and give them the best and honest advice.

What you love to do:

In my spare time I like to join in with an outdoor fitness class, going for walks with my dog and family either over the downs or along the seafront and socialising with friends.

One tip you would give a buyer or seller:

The advice I’d give to anyone looking to buy is to just go with the flow, don’t dismiss properties just because they don’t tick all your boxes, just go and have a look, if you don’t see inside you will never know, and sometimes what you think you want you end up buying the total opposite, also don’t be put off by North aspects you can still get the sun in your garden!!.
