Getting to know William Payne
Why I became a lettings agent:
I became a letting agent because I wanted to do a job that was fast paced, forever changing and progressive. I enjoy being proactive meeting new people, visiting new places therefore felt this was the perfect job for me.
What I love to do:
I enjoy going to football matches with Arsenal and even local football with Worthing FC and listening to music, in particular rap music.
One tip you would love to give a landlord:
My tip for a landlord would be to ensure you are precise and thorough when purchasing an investment property and put yourself in the shoes of the tenant, keep it to the same standard you would live in yourself.
